He is Ours and We are His! Forever!

Zack is officially our son. We received our Final Decree from the Taiwan Courts on Tuesday, June 27. I am so overwhelmed by this news.

It is Pure joy.

O.K., maybe mixed with a little bit of freaking out!!!
I now have "kids", plural, 2 of 'em.
We are a family of four.
I feel so filled up with gratitude and releif.

We will be leaving next Thursday, the 6th, and Meeting our Zack on the following Monday, the 10th. We'll be home on The 13th.

We also received our Final Update yesterday. This was the last time we had to wait anxiously at the end of the month for little glimpses of our baby. Oh, people, I am in a state over here!

Happy___________ Day

Sooo, today Zack turned 1. Aparently your kids can have their birthdays even if you're not there. I thought time would just stand still until we were united......uh..nope. So, luckily, we also had someone else to celebrate today and he happens to be here.

It was, obviously, also Father's Day so we got to dote on our daddy all day, which was fun. We had a family breakfast in bed which was amazingly fun, and a bit messy! We also watched the video I made daddy as a Father's Day gift. I'll post it once I get it down to a small enough size. After we finally made it out of bed we went to the museum to see an exhibit daddy has been drooling over. To top it all off I baked this cake which took me all afternoon (so worth it!) and we had a big Fathers Day get together with family.

We survived the big dreaded Birthday without Zack. Once we shifted our focus to celebrating him instead of having a pitty party it was a fun, fun day.

So, in two days it is our 7th wedding Anniversary, and a week from then is Luke's 2nd Birthday. We have so much to celebrate!

Oh Yes, This Is NEWS!!!!

Oh Holy Cannoli People!!!!

We got THE call......THE CALL!!!!!! It has finally happened!!!! We get to HOLD our baby!!!

Our agency called This Morning at about 9:30.

We have received our First Decree, We are waiting on our Final Decree.

They are saying "Tentative Travel Plans" for .........................................


Leaving Friday, July 7th !!!!!!!!!!


Yes, that is in like 3 & 1/2 Weeks.....

We are scheduled at this Point to meet our son on ........

Monday, July 10th!!!!!!!!!
