Yes, it is getting better! Much, much better! We had a bit of a breakthrough on the sleep front and everybody is much happier! Zack was just getting so overtired from not napping that we were all in a bit of a state....well, things have drastically improved over the last couple days. He was fighting sleep so much and has finally just been able to relax enough to give in. What a relief.

Zack is really begining to be able to enjoy himself now that he is not constantly struggling to stay awake. He really seems to love bathtime with Luke. Lots of giggling and splashing. Dad and I were both soaked after tonights bath. Also, he really enjoys music. Lots of bopping up and down to the beat. Good times!

Zack had his first Dr's appt. yesterday and did so well considering how much poking and prodding went on. Dr. B says Mr Zack seems Very healthy for being in "institutional" care. Of course...because St. Lucy's took excellent care of him. They really love those babies. Other than finding out how loud he could scream we won't have any definate health info until his lab work comes back. I am really not worried at all.

In other news*****

Zack is an amazing eater! He can consume mass quantities of food!! And *bonus* he will eat ANYTHING! This is fabulous, since my little Luke will definately not eat anything! Yeah Zack!

We are making tons of progress on the "mom and Zack" front. We didn't really change much...he just is getting more relaxed and confident with his new home and family. This is a very good thing considering Chris's 3 1/2 weeks of leave will come to a screeching halt next Monday. I will admit I am a bit nervous about that first few days without dad. I remember feeling the same way when he went back to work after Luke was born...and everything was just fine. I know we'll do great....
